JACQUES CARAMAC & THE SWEET GENERATION: ‘It Takes All Sorts.’

Mystery shrouds this release from French / Scottish combo JACQUES CARAMAC & THE SWEET GENERATION. I can’t find much information on the band other than the fact that they are London based and will be releasing their debut album in April of next year.

This single, ‘It Takes All Sorts‘ will however drop on December 10th and will be backed with ‘Cadbury’s Voltaire,‘ both of which are streamed below. The single will have a Limited Edition run black and white striped 7″ vinyl format. It will also be available digitally, of course.

Oh! And the other little snippet of  information I have gleaned (certainly, unconfirmed but too much of a coincidence to be otherwise) is that the French connection in the triumvirate is made up of Raphael Mura on drums and Jean-Baptiste Gavinet on bass – who also make up 66% of Underground Railroad. Vocals and guitar are provide by Kevin Retoryka, formerly of excellent artrockers,  The Be Be See .
